Off-set smoker Georgia XXL

An extremely sturdy off-set smoker. A fire is lit in a separate firebox, and the smoke is directed to a separate smoking chamber. The smoking chamber has robust grates made from 6-mm-thick enameled steel wire. Grilling/smoking area 72 x 37 cm. Warming rack 65.5 x 14 cm, enameled steel wire. The firebox has its own robust enameled 39 x 37 cm cooking grates for grilling directly above the embers. The flat lid of the firebox can be used for preparing food or keeping it warm. The chimney features three 37 x 37.5 cm enameled steel wire grates that can be used for smoking. The chimney also has hanging hooks for smoking larger items. The firebox and grilling/smoking chamber is made from 3-mm-thick rolled steel. The powder coating has a thermal resistance of 600°C. Air is lead to the embers through a large air vent in the firebox. The grilling chamber features charcoal grates that also allow for direct grilling in a large space. Smoke is fed out of the grilling/smoking chamber through a chimney. A flap on top of the chimney for ventilation adjustment. The sturdy and large casters make it easy to move the smoker around. The lid has two thermometers that show the temperature of the grilling and smoking chambers. Cooking thermometer sensors can be placed inside the smoker through a separate hatch. Packed in 3 boxes.
