By comparison, the cooking surface temperature of gas grills is typically around 330\u2013360 \u00b0C, while the lid thermometer usually reads 200\u2013250 \u00b0C.<\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5>Design and construction<\/h5><p>The new Mustang electric grills are designed to resemble gas grills. The grill is mounted on a wheeled cart. Grilling grates are made of matte-enameled cast iron. Grills have fold-down side shelves.
