Grill firebox 10 years, rust perforation warranty. 5-year enameling warranty. Does not cover color variations. Does not cover wear due to use.
Grill grates and griddles matt enameled cast iron / stainless steel 10 years, rust perforation warranty. Does not cover wear due to use, rust scale or color variations.
Grill cover 5 years, rust perforation warranty. 2-year powder-coating warranty. Does not cover discoloration or glass tarnishes. Does not cover wear due to use.

Ceramic cover and base of the grill 10-year limited warranty*. Does not cover hairline fractures in the glazing. Does not cover wear due to use or color variations.
Ceramic firebox and fire ring 10-year limited warranty*. Does not cover wear due to use or color variations.
Grilling grid, elevated grate, grilling system steel parts 10 years, rust perforation warranty. Does not cover wear due to use, rust scale or color variations.
Grill trolley, metal rims, hinge 5 years, rust perforation warranty. 2-year powder-coating warranty. Does not cover discoloration or rust scale. Does not cover wear due to use.
Side counters 5 years, warranty against splitting. 2-year powder-coating warranty. Does not cover discoloration. Does not cover wear due to use. Does not cover mold.
Glass fiber gasket, thermometer, charcoal grill, deflector, steel ring of the motorized rotisserie shaft 2 years. Does not cover discoloration.
*10-year limited warranty: The warranty becomes void if the grill has been exposed to heavy rain or if water or other liquids have entered the grill. The warranty is not valid if the grill has been ignited using barbecue fluid or other flammable liquids. The warranty is not valid if wood or other flammable materials have been used as fuel. The warranty is not valid if the grill has been extinguished using water. The warranty is not valid if the grill has been stored contrary to the instructions.
If the product or parts become faulty during the warranty period, please contact the purchasing location of the grill directly. The warranty covers the sending of a new part to replace a faulty or missing part, but not installation. The customer is always responsible for replacing any parts in grills assembled by the customer according to the instructions.
Before making any claims, read the user manual carefully and check that the claim was not caused by use in violation of the instructions or neglect of maintenance. The warranty is not valid, if the product is used for commercial purposes.

General information about the warranty
If the product or parts become faulty during the warranty period, please contact the purchasing location of the grill directly. The warranty covers the sending of a new part to replace a faulty or missing part, but not installation. The customer is always responsible for replacing any parts in grills assembled by the customer according to the instructions.
Before making any claims, read the user manual carefully and check that the claim was not caused by use in violation of the instructions or neglect of maintenance.
The warranty is not valid, if the product is used for commercial purposes.
