Campfire crêpes

Crêpes will top off your day like nothing else, especially when they are cooked over a campfire.

Ingredients

1/2 l whole milk
2 eggs
3 dl of wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

plenty of butter for frying

Instructions

Start making your crêpes by breaking the structure of the eggs with a whisk. Add the milk. Mix in the dry ingredients. Let the batter swell for 60 min.

Fry big or small crêpes with a Mustang camping pan. Finish with whipped cream and fresh berries.
