A smoker that can be used with charcoal or briquettes. Two grilling/smoking grates of chromed steel wire. One features handles for easy lifting out of the smoker. Grate diameter 2 x 45 cm. Grate thickness 3 mm. Smoker lid and bottom part of enameled steel. Middle section of powder-coated steel. A separate stainless steel hatch in the middle section for adding charcoal/briquettes and smoking dust to the grate. You can also add liquid to the bowl through the hatch. A separate enameled ash tray in the bottom part with a charcoal grate of enameled steel wire. Ash tray with large vents for adjusting air flow to the embers. Three air vents in the bottom part. Lid with an air vent for ventilation adjustment. Separate hanging hooks on the lid for hanging large pieces of fish or meat inside the smoker. The thermometer on the lid allows you to monitor the temperature inside the smoker. A separate enameled liquid bowl for keeping moisture inside the device during smoking.
