Chicken drumsticks

Chicken drumsticks are laid-back finger food that everyone likes. Polish the drumsticks with homemade BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

BBQ-sauce

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 tbs oil

2 tbs cider vinegar

1 tbs worcestershire sauce

1 dl ketchup

2 tbs maple syrup

1 dl coca cola

½ dl coffee

1 ts paprika

1 ts chili powder

1 ts sugar

½ ts lemon juice

salt and pepper

Bake the drumsticks in a saucepan or pressure cooker until done. Allow to cool. Grill the drumsticks and baste with homemade BBQ-sauce.

Finely dice the onion and garlic. Lightly fry in the oil. Add all remaining ingredients and cook until combined.
