An extremely sturdy, classic pellet smoker. Pellets are located in a separate compartment from which a feed screw transfers the required amount to the burner. The smoking chamber has plenty of surface area. Smoke is fed out through a chimney, and grease and marinades are led to a grease receptacle by means of a slanted grease tray. Grilling/smoking area 72 x 49.5 cm. The grilling/smoking chamber is made from 3-mm-thick rolled steel. The powder coating has a thermal resistance of 450°C. Smoke is fed out of the grilling/smoking chamber through a chimney. A cap on top of the chimney prevents rainwater from entering the grilling chamber. The stainless steel grease tray on the bottom of the grilling/smoking chamber directs grease and marinades to the grease receptacle at one end of the smoker.
