You can prepare the whole dinner in one grill. Try the soft and crusty grilled bread!
1 ½ dl water
1ts dry yeast
¾ ts salt
1 dl Turkish yogurt
4 ½ – 5 dl flour
In a bowl mix together the water, yeast, salt, rosemary and yogurt. Let it sit for a while. Slowly add the flour and melted butter. Knead the dough until it feels elastic. Set aside and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
Tap or roll the dough into thin pieces and grill on a pizza stone. Once ready, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
