Kuumenna Mustang Kamado 150-175 asteeseen. Mittaa ainekset 2 litran voideltuun valurautapataan tai kattilaan ja kypsennä Kamadon uumenissa kansi kiinni (Kamadon ja kattilan) n. 1,5 tuntia. Sekoita muutaman kerran kypsennyksen aikana. Anna puuron vetäytyä 10 min. ennen tarjoilua. Tarjoa mustikkakeiton, luumukiisselin tai sokerin ja kanelin kanssa.
