1 1/2 dl vettä
1 tl kuivahiivaa
3/4 tl suolaa
2 tl rosmariinia
1 dl turkkilaista jogurttia
4 1/2–5 dl vehnäjauhoja
voita sulatettuna
Sekoita vesi, hiiva, suola, rosmariini ja jogurtti kulhossa. Anna tekeytyä hetki. Lisää vehnäjauhoja vähitellen, lisää myös sulatettu voi. Vaivaa taikinaa, kunnes se on kimmoisaa. Anna taikinan kohota kaksinkertaiseksi. Taputtele tai kauli taikinasta ohuita leipiä ja grillaa pizzakivellä. Voitele valmiita leipiä sulatetulla voilla ja rouhi suolaa myllystä pinnalle.
